We are delighted to have extended Zack Joseph’s loan deal from Hampton & Richmond Borough for a second month. Zack is improving every game and he has improved the team since arriving, he scored his first goal on Tuesday night and I’m sure this is the first of many to come. Going the other way, Jonathan North has been recalled from his loan spell by his parent club Wealdstone this week but we are delighted to have Ben Goode back fit from his shoulder injury.

Carl Pearce and Tosh Gallimore have joined the squad after being involved in pre-season, Carl is an excellent centre back, who represented an England C team last season in the Falkland Islands last season. Tosh Gallimore (19 year old British Virgin Islands international midfielder), joined us in pre-season and has just returned from injury.

On the injury news, we have recently welcomed back Bradley Clayton who has had no reaction to his ankle injury and is now fully fit. Bayley Brown has had a slight setback during training with his groin strain, but he should be back in two weeks, Billy Adcock has made good progress and has started some light training and Ronny Mifinda picked up an ankle injury in the Wimborne game which will see him sidelined for a further 2/3 weeks. Steve Brown is still suffering from concussion and we are awaiting some scan results this week.

As a management team, we recently passed a year in a charge and what a year it’s been. Last October with the club being bottom of the league and 10 points adrift, to finish securing a solid mid table finish it’s something we are very proud of. We have made a solid start to this season, and returning 28 points from the 14 games so far this year is something we would have taken at the start of the campaign.

We’d would like to thank the club, chairman, board members, volunteers and supporters for all your support; you have all been fantastic from the day we arrived.
