Prior to his time at the Hive, Stevens played for Boreham Wood where he featured in their FA Cup games 4th & 5th round games against Bournemouth and Everton. Prior to joining The Wood, Stevens played under former Chesham player Dean Brennan at Wealdstone where he won the National League South title in 2020. Connor started his career with the Watford FC academy, while with The Hornets, Stevens had a loan spell with Oxford City.
