Full back or central defender who joined from Banbury in the summer of 2023 after spending 4 seasons with the Puritans where he was part of their squad that earned promotion to Step 2 in 2021/22. Was originally a product of the Northampton Town academy before earning a professional contract with them, having a spell on loan with Biggleswade Town before being released in January 2015. Conor then had a short spell with St Albans City before signing for Biggleswade permanently until joining Frome in October 2015.
