We are delighted to welcome Omar Rowe to the Meadow on a loan deal through to the end of the season from Farnborough. Omar joined Farnborough in the summer from Hayes & Yeading after the play-off final saw Farnborough promoted to Step 2.
With managers James Duncan & Michael Murray understandably delighted to get Omar in; “We are both delighted to get Omar in, a player we have admired whenever he has played against us. Omar has a great pedigree and experience in our league which will be crucial for the rest of the season while adding extra competition to our squad as we look to retain our place in the top 3 and push for the top spot”
And Chairman Peter Brown was also delighted with the news; “We are very excited about the signing of Omar, he is a player of vast experience at this level, essential as we go into the second half of the campaign. The addition to the squad demonstrates our intention to be up there at the end of the season and we are backing our management to continue the excellent work they have done so far. I hope our supporters are equally excited, an early Christmas present as we prepare for the Boxing Day clash when hopefully we will have a good crowd to cheer the team on”
Thank you to Spencer Day and everyone at Farnborough for their assistance in getting the paperwork done for this deal at a busy time of the year.
Omar Rowe Career History
Omar started his football career with West Ham United, but switched to Southampton where he signed his first professional deal and was handed his First Team debut as a substitute in the League Cup.

Upon return to the UK, the Hackney born midfielder immediately joined Hayes & Yeading United for the 2019/20 season where he went on to be an ever-present in the heart of the Hayes & Yeading United midfield for the past three seasons, where he racked up 29 goals in 88 appearances, before moving to newly promoted Farnborough in the summer
