Joint Manager’s James Duncan and Michael Murray preparations for the 2019/20 season are well underway and we are delighted to be able to bring you news of a host of pre-season friendly games.

As a thank you for your support last season and to allow you to enjoy the hopefully sunny summer with us at the Meadow, CUFC is delighted to announce that our home preseason calendar against our fellow Non-League opponents will be “Football for a Fiver” at the Meadow.

Adults £5, Concessions £3, U18s and CUFC Season Ticket holders, free

We start our preseason calendar with a Saturday trip to the Middlesex FA Headquarters at Rectory Park where we will take on Broadfields United on Saturday 6th July at 11am. We then return to Rectory Park to play former player Max Howell’s Southall side on Monday 8th followed by a visit to Silver Jubilee Park to take on Edgware Town.

Followed by 3 tough games against higher division opposition with a visit to Gary McCann’s Hampton & Richmond (Tuesday 16th) before the visits of Dean Brennan’s Wealdstone (Thursday 18th) and Darren Currie’s Barnet (Tuesday 23rd) to the Meadow.

We finish off our pre-season schedule with the visit of our tenants Aylesbury United to the Meadow on Saturday 27th followed by trips to Essex and Bedfordshire as we visit last years Bostik League Division 1 North Champions Bowers & Pitsea on Tuesday 30th on their 4G surface before finishing pre-season with a visit to a Biggleswade Town side managed by Lee Allinson on the 3rd August which will be a tough test a week before the season starts.
