Open Evening Tuesday 2nd August
On Tuesday 2nd August Chesham United will again be opening The Meadow to everyone for one of the final training nights ahead of the new season. The gates will be open for free entry with the bar open and food available.
Junior coaching sessions
There is an open invitation for youngsters to take part in a free coaching session run by Chesham United Youth FC with input from our senior players and coaches - any boys and girls are welcome to join, you will need to register in advance so we know numbers. Please contact email@example.com to book a place and get full details. The junior sessions will start with registration at 5.30pm.
Win the chance to join in training with the 1st XI
From around 7pm the senior squad will be holding a full training session and everyone is welcome to watch. Once again we are offering a supporter the chance to take part - the winner will be taken through the whole process with Andy Leese, Jon Meakes and the players including being present in the changing room with the squad, a full work-out and practice matches on The Meadow pitch. Last year's winner had a thoroughly enjoyable time - read his report here.
If you would like to take part send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org before Saturday 30th July and one entrant will be picked at random to join the training session.
Question & Answer Session
From around 8.30pm there will be a Question & Answer session in The Chess Suite where supporters have the chance to hear Andy's plans for the new season and ask questions for the management team.
KitAid is a charity set up to distribute old football equipment in developing countries. It is a charity we have supported at Chesham United for many years and we were honoured to be named as their first Ambassador Club. We will be donating kit from our senior and youth teams on the evening and invite anyone to bring down any still-useable but not needed shirts, shorts, socks, boots and training gear on the night. We'll make sure they go to a very worthy cause.
