Please note: due to essential works being carried out at Hayes & Yeading's SKYex Community Stadium, this match is being played at Beaconsfield Sycob's ground

This Tuesday tne 1st XI are away to Hayes and Yeading. Our hosts, relegated last season from the National League South, have had a slow start to life in the Evo-Stik Southern Premier League with one win (2-0 v Hitchin) from their first eight games

While Chesham were losing their seven game unbeaten sequence in the controversial 2-1 defeat v Kings Lynn at The Meadow on Saturday, Hayes & Yeading were soundly beaten by visitors Merthyr Town. With both teams smarting and looking to put things right it should be an intriguing contest

The venue is Beaconsfield Sycob FC, Holloways Park, Windsor Road, Beaconsfield HP9 2SE. It's the shortest of short hops for Chesham fans, and a great weather forecast to boot, so let's get a good number there for a competitive evening's local derby football, make some noise, and support the team!

andy leeseManager Andy Leese's commented:

"We have a big week ahead starting with the game at Hayes tomorrow, and then the FA Cup. Hayes will be smarting after the weekend and we will need to be alive to any backlash.

"We should have a full squad to choose from and hope to see some support over at Beaconsfield"
