Andy Leese (Manager): A UEFA B Licence coach, working towards his A Licence. He joined the club from Potters Bar Town FC in the summer of 2007. This year will mark his fifth season in charge at The Meadow. During his time at Potters Bar Town he helped them reach the 4th Qualifying Round of the FA Cup, having saved the team from relegation the year before. They also collected the SSML Floodlit Trophy and the Hertfordshire Charity Cup in his short spell at the helm. Started his Management career at Somersett Ambury FC in the SSML. in 2000, then left to join Cheshunt in 2002 and managed them to the Ryman Division 2 Championship in 2003.That was followed by promotion to the Ryman Premier League the next season. Led them to 4 Cup Finals in 2 seasons. Also had brief spells at Boreham Wood and Wealdstone FC. Unfortunately in Season 2007/8 Chesham failed to make the Play-Offs on goal difference, after a slow start, despite a fine late run. Guided them to the Berks & Bucks Senior Cup defeating Wycombe Wanderers 3-0 in the Final. The following season he took Chesham to a 5th place league finish before narrowly losing out to Nuneaton Town in the play offs before achieving promotion through the play offs after a 4th place finish the following year. Last season, whilst consolidation was the initial aim, the side eventually finished sixth after challenging for a play-off place throughout the season.
Jon Meakes (Assistant Manager): Has worked with Andy since 2002 when they joined Cheshunt FC. Jon had previously managed Potters Bar Town,and assisted at Hertford Town. A centre half in his playing career, he played for Northwood, Hertford Town, Dunstable and Potters Bar Town.
Adam Parker (Coach): 36 year old who made his Chesham debut in 2007 before having a spell as Manager of Hatfield Town last season. Returned to join the coaching set up in summer 2011 and is also still signed on as a player with the club.
Rob Smith (Physiotherapist): Joined last year when John Burt was injured, and now assumes his role following John’s decision to retire in June 2011.
Shane Gore: Goalkeeper. 29 year old former Barnet, Havant & Waterlooville, Maidenhead United and Luton Town goalkeeper signed in summer 2010. Rated in the top 4 non-league keepers by the BBC's Non-League Show in 2009 and winner of the fans’ Player of the Season for 2010/11.

John Kyriacou: Midfielder / Defender. Aged 23. A former Tottenham trainee who had spells at Brentford and in Cyprus before signing for Chesham during 2008/09. Excellent work rate and all round skills in a variety of positions.

Sam Ledger: Defender. 31 year old fireman. Strong Defender previously with Potters Bar. Former Clubs include Cheshunt and Boreham Wood. Has also been pressed into service and proved a very adequate emergency Goalkeeper. Likes to move forward at set pieces and a threat in the opposition penalty area.

Danny Gudgeon: Midfielder / Defender. 24 year old powerful defender who is equally adept in Midfield. Formerly with Ware and Cheshunt.

Mark Lambert: Defender. 25 year old who returned to the club in 2009, having left to play for Oxford City in December 2008. Can play comfortably at the back or in midfield, a real favourite of supporters at The Meadow.

Conner Baker: Defender. 19 year old left sided player who signed from St Albans City. Introduced to the club by Gary Breeden and Paul Deverrick, our Under 18s management team. Hertfordshire U18 County Captain who Andy thinks has a great future in the game.

Robert Bartley: Defender. 22 year old student, a highly promising defender signed summer 2010 who came into the side as a substitute in the first game of last season and retained the position throughout. Young Player of the Season at The Meadow last year.

Chris Riley: Defender. 23 year old defender or midfielder who came through the youth ranks at Tottenham Hotspur. Struggled with injury last season but now back to fitness and pressing for a starting place. Signed August 2010.
Anthony Watson: Defender. 29 year old defender signed from Evesham United in the summer of 2011 having relocated to the south. Previously with West Bromwich and Oldbury.

Danny Talbot: Midfielder. 27 years old, signed from Potters Bar Town in the summer of 2007 having previously played in the Football League for Rushden & Diamonds, winning a League 2 Championship medal in his time there. Excellent from set-pieces and a cultured left foot. Club captain.

Dave Fotheringham: Midfielder. Aged 26. Returned to the club in the summer of 2007 having originally come through the Youth set-up, prior to making his First XI debut in August 2002. Played for Hemel Hempstead and Maidenhead after he left Chesham. Inexhaustible work rate and the most appearances in the present squad.

Steve Wales: Midfielder. 29, exciting attacking midfield player who can play wide/ Signed from Hemel Hempstead in 2009 having previously played for Cheshunt, Borehamwood, AFC Wimbledon and Yeading. Represented England and the FA at Semi professional level. Leading goalscorer for the last two seasons and the 2010/11 Players’ Player of the Season.

Steve Obeng: Midfielder.Aged 33 and signed pre-season 2008/9 from Cheshunt where he was Club Captain and played over 300 games . Previously played for Edgeware and Kingsbury. A Midfield player of power and strength with 40+ career goals in support of the front men.

James Potton: Midfielder.22 year old who returned to the UK last season after playing University football in the United States. Progressed from the Reserve set up to the first team squad. Signed September 2010.

Chris Watters: Midfielder.30 year old wide or midfield player who previously played for Andy Leese at Cheshunt and subsequently enjoyed promotions with Boreham Wood FC and Staines FC. Signed from Hemel Hempstead Town in February 2011.
Bruce Wilson: Midfielder.27 year old versatile goal scoring midfielder signed in the summer of 2011 from Hemel Hempstead Town who has also played for Leighton and Windsor & Eton where he won the Southern League S&W division in 2009-10.
Scott Thomas: Midfielder.21 year old midfielder also signed from Hemel in the summer of 2011. Previously with Leighton and Windsor & Eton where he won the Southern League S&W division in 2009-10 season.
Tom Fouhy: Midfielder. An exciting 17 year old defender or midfield prospect, recommended by local school Dr Challoners.
Sam Barker: Midfielder.19 year old midfield player previously with Luton Town FC. Impressed in pre season.
Leon Archer: Forward. 31 year old striker who played under Andy Leese at Cheshunt and Boreham Wood, before moving onto St Albans and Braintree in the Conference. Quick and a consistent goalscorer at all levels.

Chris Bangura: Forward. 34 year old experienced forward or midfield player who has played for Aylesbury, Leyton, Kingstonian and Cheshunt. Returned to action last year following an injured plagued 2008-2009 season.

Simon Thomas: Forward. 27 year old striker signed in the summer of 2011. Began his career in Non League, and after a successful spell at Boreham Wood FC he was signed by Crystal Palace. Had loan spells at Darlington and Rotherham before being released in 2010. Returned to football last year with Grays and was recommended to Andy in the close season. Looks to have re-discovered the scoring touch that first brought him to the attention of the professional clubs.
Brad Wadkins: Forward. Very promising 18 year old striker who has progressed through the Youth and Reserve teams at The Meadow after being recommended by our under 18s management team.
Paul Robinson: Forward. 32 year old striker who started his career at Darlington before joining Newcastle United in 1998 and making his Magpies debut the following year under Ruud Gullitt. He subsequently played for various Football League clubs including Wimbledon (where he played with current Chesham keeper Shane Gore), Grimsby Town, Blackpool, Hartlepool United and Torquay before moving into the non-league game. Earlier this season Paul made seven appearances for Windsor & Eton scoring six goals. Originally signed January 2011 but returned briefly to the North East at the start of 2011/12. Re-signed September 2011.
